Buyer seeks a contractor to provide an online reservation system and related services for shuttle bus service to the Maroon Bells Scenic Area outside Aspen, Colorado. The system must manage shuttle, parking, and e-bike reservations serving approximately 213,000 annual visitors. Contractor will staff multiple locations during the May-October operating season including the Welcome Station and shuttle boarding areas. The contract includes implementing new fees and access systems for 2026 while maintaining detailed visitor tracking and reporting.

• Develop and maintain online reservation system for shuttle, parking, and e-bikes
• Provide customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Process reservation payments including discounts for eligible groups
• Staff three locations daily from May-October
• Track and validate reservations at Welcome Station
• Implement new no-show fee system for vehicle reservations
• Create library parking pass system for local residents
• Track e-bike access and collect appropriate fees
• Generate detailed visitor reports and analytics
• Conduct post-visit customer satisfaction surveys
