Buyer seeks armed security guard services to protect water facilities and infrastructure. Services include 24-hour guard coverage at the Amiss Water Treatment Plant and Cross Lake dam. Primary emphasis is protecting the 35-acre water treatment plant from terrorist/saboteur intrusion. Guards will control access points, inspect delivery vehicles, and maintain security logs.

• Provide 24/7 armed security at Amiss Water Treatment Plant
• Guard Cross Lake levee, dam and flood gates
• Control access through plant gates and verify identification
• Inspect chemical delivery trucks for security breaches
• Maintain daily incident logs and personnel/vehicle entry logs
• Patrol and check security of outlying water storage facilities
• Check all chemical unloading fitting connections are locked
• Report suspicious activities and unauthorized intrusions
• Prevent unauthorized removal of City-owned property
• Escort City personnel to remote sites after hours
