• Provide inmate food services at both MCDF and MCCJSD facilities
• Operate commissary services with an on-site technician
• Manage inmate banking with booking and lobby kiosks
• Provide inmate tablets with electronic kites and emailing services
• Support inmate entertainment and self-improvement services
• Maintain law library access through tablet system
• Handle offsite, non-legal inmate mail processing
• Prepare and serve special dietary meals (medical, religious)
• Maintain kitchen equipment within $25,000 annual limit
• Train and supervise inmate kitchen workers
