Buyer seeks professional armored car and courier services for cash transport. Services include picking up currency, coins, and checks from City Hall and Utilities Customer Service Center twice weekly and delivering to bank vault. Buyer requires continued skilled and reputable services with a strong record of safety and dependability. The contract will be for five years with two additional five-year renewal options.

• 7/21/2025 - Possible Interviews
• 8/25/2025 - Report to City Council

• Minimum 7 years of experience providing armored car services
• Bureau of Security and Investigative Services licensing
• DMV registration for armored transport vehicles
• BSIS licensed drivers with current security guard cards
• Staff must have BSIS Firearms Permit
• California Highway Patrol inspection certification

• Pick up coins, currencies, and checks from Finance Department inside City Hall
• Pick up deposits from Utilities Customer Service Center
• Deliver deposits to bank's cash vault site
• Return change orders and bank returns to Finance Department
• Provide two armed personnel for each pickup
• Allow 30-minute grace period for staff to return from field
• Provide advance notice of holiday and off-schedule pickups
• Make multiple trips if needed at no extra cost
• Provide pickup manifest for discrepancies between cash count and bank count
• Research missing or disputed items at no additional cost
