The buyer seeks consultants to provide expertise on clean energy development and procurement. • Documented experience in renewable energy consulting industry for minimum of 2 years
• Experience advising large institutions on renewable energy procurement
• Experience working with coalitions to deliver large-scale renewable energy projects
• Experience evaluating utility renewable energy programs
• Experience in financial analysis for renewable energy projects

• Advise on development of clean energy portfolio to meet sustainability goals
• Evaluate opportunities for large-scale renewable energy acquisition through PPAs or RECs
• Assess options for UW to contribute to renewable energy projects in Wisconsin
• Assist with development of RFIs/RFPs for large-scale renewable energy purchases
• Review offers and contracts for renewable energy procurement
• Evaluate participation options for utility renewable energy programs
• Conduct financial analysis to support business case development for projects
• Develop programs and conduct market characterization for renewable energy
• Plan community engagement focused on energy equity and environmental justice
• Evaluate carbon offset opportunities and renewable fuel tracking systems
