• 5 years experience in cybersecurity, particularly in public procurement systems
• Experience in conducting information systems security assessments
• Knowledge of public procurement platforms and e-GP related security frameworks
• Staff holding CISA, CISSP, or CISM certifications
• Experience in similar assessments for e-GP systems using ISO/IEC 27002

• Review existing e-GP systems and security policies in EAP region
• Assess potential risks and vulnerabilities in e-GP systems
• Evaluate compliance with information security standards and best practices
• Analyze cybersecurity threats in infrastructure project procurement
• Establish sources of expertise for Public Procurement Agencies
