Buyer seeks non-personal services to provide engineering, facilities, maintenance, logistics, and sustainment support for intelligence operations. The services will support U.S. Army INSCOM Headquarters, Major Subordinate Commands, Army Intelligence, Joint Forces, Combatant Commands, and the Intelligence Community. Support includes tactical, operational, and strategic intelligence units, equipment, facilities, and infrastructure from multiple locations. The scope encompasses program management, logistics planning, engineering services, software development, and intelligence systems maintenance.

• Provide multi-disciplined engineering support
• Manage facilities and maintenance for intelligence operations
• Deliver logistics and sustainment support for INSCOM and subordinate commands
• Support ground and airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems
• Perform program management for intelligence operations
• Develop and manage software for Logistics and Facilities G-4 Portal
• Integrate new intelligence technologies and capabilities
• Design and integrate hardware for intelligence systems
• Manage networks for intelligence operations
• Support technology development and application in intelligence field
