- Design seamless user experience from initial awareness to application submission
- Craft targeted marketing communication strategy using email segmentation and personalization
- Integrate content across all touchpoints for seamless access to relevant resources
- Provide marketing automation support services including Pardot and Salesforce customization
- Conduct system audit of current Pardot and Salesforce (TargetX) setup
- Configure lead management process for unique recruitment needs of each program
- Create automated and personalized communications plan for prospective students
- Assist with campaign planning, execution, and asset creation
- Provide training and documentation on Graduate School's Pardot instance
