Buyer will use a qualification-based selection process to evaluate bidders based on experience, references, food quality, and costs. Buyer will award multiple contracts with an initial duration of five years and options to extend up to nine years total.

• Small Business Purchasing Program eligibility preferred

• Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering menus
• Include nonalcoholic beverage options
• Supply allergen information for all menu items
• Provide detailed pricing for all food items
• Supply servers for catered events
• Provide food warmers for hot food items
• Supply paper goods and utensils
• Respond to catering requests with 3-14 days notice
• Deliver prepared meals to various locations statewide
• Staff events with appropriate service personnel
